To use this tool, simply click on the attraction, hotel or restaurant listing that you are interested in - when the specific page opens up, click on the "Add to My Itinerary" button at the top right of the page to add and customize your schedule.  Once you have completed your Itinerary you have the option to email it to a friend or print it off for yourself!
