Kingston Sheep Dog Trials
August 9, 10, 11, 2013
Grass Creek Park

The Trials annually attract over 7,000 spectators. Adults and young families alike come to watch the competition, but for those less familiar with the sport of trialing, there are also attractions which make attendance at the event even more appealing. Among the 2012 attractions were the Birds of Prey and Jungle Cat World shows, Flyball and Agility demos, K9 Unit and sheep shearing demos, the Craft and Artisans fair, Sheep to Shawl competition and auction - all attractions that appeal to kids and adults alike! Thanks to the ongoing support of our sponsors, we have been able to provide many other unique components at the Trials in addition to the major attractions. Dog training clinics, live entertainment, spinning and weaving demos, an interactive children's play area, pony rides, a Success by Six parents and tots activity centre, wagon rides, and specialty foods for spectators, allow us to boast that this event truly does offer something for everyone! |
