Athletic Department

Kingston has 3 exceptional campuses of post-secondary athletics. Queen's University has been a leading program in several athletic disciplines for years competing and hosting provincial competition with the OUA (Ontario Interuniversity Sport) as well as national competitions with the CIS (Canadian Interuniversity Sport). Royal Military College of Canada's (RMC) athletic program is designed to provide opportunities for cadets to participate in sport at the highest level of competition available for Canadian university athletes in the CIS and OUA. St. Lawrence College's Kingston Campus provides college students to participate in elite competition with the OCAA (Ontario Colleges Athletics Association). All 3 athletics departments provide students and the community with recreational and intramural sports, as well as camps and access to fitness centers.
