Jacqueline joined Tourism Kingston in September, 2008.  Her role involves providing administrative support to the Tourism team as well as coordinating the Tourism Kingston Partnership Program and providing support and customer service to Tourism Kingston's partnership base.  Jacqueline graduated from Queen's University with her bachelor's degree in music (B.Mus. '02). While earning her degree and upon completion of university, she obtained hospitality experience at accommodations in Brockville, Gananoque, Kingston and Mississauga in roles as Guest Services Agent, Front Office Manager and Revenue and Group Sales Supervisor.  She earned sales and marketing experience through previous positions with Bell Canada and Rockport Boat Line.  Jacqueline also spent a year working part-time with the Kingston Accommodation Partners, providing marketing assistance and administrative support to KAP's Executive Director.
