Whether you want to be a part of the game or watching the game, Kingston is the place to be a part of all the action. With Kingston’s ideal proximity to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and the USA boarder this makes Kingston an attractive choice to host any event. We’re a city that strives on passion and excitement - so you’ll never run out of ways to celebrate the love of the game.

Why Kingston

Kingston is the hub of eastern Ontario. Kingston’s proximity to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and the U.S. boarder makes Kingston your first choice to host any sport event, from international to grass-root.

  • Kingston Ontario was the first capital of a United Canada, located at the end of Lake Ontario at the mouth of the Rideau Canal and the St. Lawrence River.
  • Walk, bike, or kayak along the waterfront and see why Kingston is celebrated as the "fresh water sailing capital of the world".
  • Cottage country, sandy beaches, first-class canoe routes, spectacular hiking, portage trails and superb camping, are all available within a drive from the city.
  • Natural beauty surrounds Kingston, and the city itself boasts one of the largest per capita green space areas in Ontario with 180 parks and 2,500 acres of maintained ground. Experiencing Mother Nature here is as simple as taking a stroll in one of the historic parks or riding a bicycle along one of the city’s beautiful trails.
  • According to the 2006 Canadian census, the population of the City proper was 117,207, while the population of the census metropolitan area was 152,358.
